Thetford Duplex Oven

Hi all our oven and grill has stopped lighting. The hob works, we have gas and there’s an ignition spark but no gas is coming through, I feel there’s something wrong with the switch. Has anyone else had a similar problem.

I presume from your post the "oven and grill" have previously worked normally, and you have not changed the way you have tried to us them, in which case something has failed.

Whenever a gas appliance stops working normally, then it needs to be checked by a competent person to diagnose the problem and hopefully identify how to correct it.

I suggest you find a local mobile caravan technician to come and sort it out. That way you can be sure the problem has been sorted and the appliance is safe to use.
