Thetford Flush Problem

Hi

I have a Thetford PortaPotti, think it's a C2 model. Bench seat with cassette. Problem being that it doesn't flush. Checked cassette safety switch and fuse, both OK, and when pressing the flush button the lights fliker, which may indicated 12V connection OK? Could it be the pump and how can I check/access/fix?
