Hi everybody, i have a Ace Supreme Twinstar 2008 and the fridge thinks its a freezer. Its a Thetford premium LCD one with a seperate freezer. Is set at the warmest setting and the temp in it is about 5 below freezing. I dont think the auto deforsting cycle is working. The freezer work as it should and all running off the mains . Have ring the dealer all a few times but they dont ring back, what a surprise there. Please can anybody help ?
