thetford toilet not flushing?

Hi

Since the last time I used my caravan the electric flush has stopped working on my thetford toilet, any ideas where to start looking to fix this.

Possibly the fuse that's tucked away inside the outside locker above the holding tank or it might be the pump that's siezed up. Remove toilet roll holder in the main unit and you'll see the pump held in by a clip located with 1 screw. Carefully remove and using something like a cocktail stick or small screwdriver push the impeller round and use a v.small amount of WD40 to lubricate, then reassemble. If the pump jams it usually causes the fuse to blow so check this first.

Take out your toilet roll holder you will then see your pump which has proberbly seized give it a twirl with your fingers and all will be ok
