Booked a holiday last month with thomsons,great price free kids places,(matched the web price) paid deposit, invoice arrives only to find out that no free kids,they have been charged as adults.So that holiday now costs about £800 more. So that will be a lesson to me,CHECK EVERYTHING before signing. And I used to think that only caravan dealers and manufacters were the ones to watch.

If you booked it over the Web and printed out your booking reference form, it may state on there that the kids are free. If so, then you can claim it.

Also if you booked it through an agent, did they confirm the same price and details as the Web. If so, you have a claim. I would contact Thomsons and tell them the situation and see if they willgive you what you thought you had booked.
