Friday afternoon and we are getting ready for a trip from Easington to Mablethorpe for the weekend.
Vans all packed and all that is left is to disconnect the electric supply, so i unlock the locker door and try to open the door but to no evail.After several attempts i try to pull the door open which does appear to be unlocked but will not drop down and after several attemps SNAP and the door drops down but the locking lever has snapped.
A quick fix of super glue is applied and we set off.
Whilst driving towards Hull we decide to try Coachman to see if they can assist, on first contact i am passed over to a lady in accessories who first tells me that they are unable to deal with the general public and that if i give the postcode of the area that i am in she would advise of the nearest dealer. I explain that i am heading away for the weekend and that i will be passing through Hull within the next hour and was wondering if they could help me out, she asked me to hold for a second whilst she had a word with somebody. When she came back she asked if i could call in and they will take a look.
When we arrived at there address we were directed to a yard where we were met by a very helpfull lady and 3no fitters who were very helpfull and had us on our way in minutes.This is my first encounter with Coachman and we have only had the van for 3 months but excellent service and no questions asked.Thankyou
