To Joyce, Re Kemdirect Shampoo

Hi Joyce, I belive you was the person that told me about the caravan shampoo, some time ago, I look up on the web page and found other dealers in my area, phone them up yes we have them in stock, So off we go once we got there, Sorry we don't sell the caravan shampoo , but we have the Kemdirect toilet stuff, when I spoke to them they never heard of it, This is't the first dealer I been to trying to buy the Kem Caravan shampoo, we have tried other as well advertise on the web page and no luck, Could you shed some light on this please,

I feel my post might be removed if I say why I believe you cannot find the kemdirect in the dealers.

Hi Joyce Thank you for your reply, sorry I am deaf so I can't ring you, why can't you say the reason for this product or have you something to hide? My wife gave up ringing around for me.

No Trevor I have nothing to hide but as we sell the product (and use it as a caravanner) as soon as I say too much about the products my posting may be removed.

We have approached nearly all the large dealers in the UK but the way most products get into the dealers is through wholesalers and this would put the price up and we did not wish to do that.

So we have been trying to get the dealers to sell the products ourselve and we have found a great deal of resistance. We can not prove why this is but we know how good the products are and some products would gradually loose sales if better, greener products were available throughout the UK.

In Holland where Hans (the inventor and former biochemist of Thetford) sells the product the way to market is different from here and he has not had the same type of resistance. His has been more in a challenging way.

The dealers we have who sell the product prefer the toilet additive as they say there are lots of shampoos on the market and also cleaners. We know how good our products are and we continue to sell at shows and by word of mouth and that is how we have built up our customer base who buy through mail order delivered to their door.

I hope that this explains some of the reasons and that my post will be allowed to stay until you have read it.

I am still willing tospeak to your wife and help you obtain some of the product if you still wish.
