When we bought this caravan, used, we had one or two niggles, mainly minor, one large. However most of them should have been covered by the PDI which in hindsight clearly wasnt done. The dealer in fairness admits we havent had the best of times and offered us some sweeteners as goodwill gestures. One of them was the supply of the brown shaggy rug which came as standard with this caravan and was missing at purchase. A very expensive rug too.

Today it arrived. A 2' x 3' rug, in a 5' x 6' x 6" box. Not laughing at the dealer though.

Wonder what it would have measured rolled up - probably would have fitted through a normal sized cat flap rather than a letter-box - but at least it arrived swiftly LOL!
 
When we picked ours up we found a couple of minor points but these were dealt with on the spot as it only took a few minutes to deal with.
