Hi I also have toilet that refuses to work .the cold snap caught us out back in November and the toilet has not worked since I had not drained the system all the pipes and taps were frozen .The water pump and taps started working after about an hour with the heating on
but not the toilet? I assumed that the tank being on the outer wall would take longer to thaw but it has not.I therefore assume it is the pump as the fuse is ok but no power to the pump.
I had read in this forum and others about the whereabouts and access to this pump which differs somewhat. Please could somebody offer some advice on this matter.our caravan is a series 7 Sancerre with a c250

Hi
You need to establish whether there is any power getting to the pump - ie whether it is an electrical problem, or whether the pump is jammed.
A simple way of doing this is to switch off the mains supply to the caravan (if connected) so that the 12 volt circuits are being operated by the battery alone. Then switch on one of the halogen 12v lights. Now press the toilet pump switch. If the light dims slightly, then the toilet pump is taking power, but is not operating for mechanical reasons. If the light does not dim at all, then you have no power reaching the pump.
Best of luck.

Paul same happened to me on boxing day, arrived on site took an hour to get the water running after the heating had thawed the taps out, the toilet did not even though it was thawed, checked the fuse and found it had blown replaced with new 3amp fuse problem sorted, so try the fuse first, its at the back of the cassette on mine.
