John’s video is of the much older system replaced at least 15 years ago by the C250 and C260. I think Breeze and I have the same units .
He will no doubt tell us.

I think you are correct. All the ones I have had, have had the valve on the top. Including my 2011 Bailey. My 2015 Luna also had the valve on the top, but that was a Dometic unit. If the OP had provide more info answers would have been better.
