It reminds me of when Mathew Kelly hosted Stars in their eyes on tv.

This bloke came on and said Mathew Kelly said 'tell us,who are you going to be' and the bloke replied

'Tonight Mathew I'm going to be Glen Miller' and he waved and went through those sliding doors into the mist......

Nobody's seen him since!

Iain. I was here first!!!!!!

Scouse Ian - your's is the sassanach spelling and therefore a derivitive of the original and correct spelling - Iain.

Iain

As a matter of interest Mr Mods, just how many Iains Ians and Alans do you have on the books?

I think I might change.

Cheers

Alan

Maybe the Forum engine could start insisting on unique nicknames. After all, when you are speaking to Shady Sadie or Lord Braykewynde at least you know its the same one as last time.

=================

Err - Dunno Alan

Our interface only gives email addresses which is why it sometimes takes a bit of time to find a post from a while back.

When we read or post on the forum we use the same 'Post Message' box as everyone else so if somebody asks to exchange email addresses with another member we have to remember the username and what they wrote from the forum and then delve into our box of tricks and find the relevant topic post and username from a jumble of others.

As long as you know who you are, that's the important thing ;0)

God forbid that there should be two Lord Bs

So we start a bit of a campaign to encourage everyone to change their nickname to something that will probably be unique ....starting with youse.....Michael, Alan, Iain.........
