We're newcomers to caravanning and our first trip is planned for the May bank holiday. My husband is not mechanically or DIY minded at all. Can anyone out there give me an idea of the type of things we should include in a toolkit in case we should have to deal with any 'technical' problems.

I used to do all my own car servicing, and repair jobs, and also I always carried a small tool kit as most of us do, but with the changes in design and build of modern cars (and caravans)the toolkit I now carry is an AA card!!! -----but is is prudent to carry a small & medium size screwdrivers,---pliers,--- electrical tape----junior hacksaw---small adjustable spanners--- If you are not diy people then this would probably do.
