I thought it was brilliant. Cried most of the way through it.

So tongue in cheak nobody should take that in any way other than how it was intended.

I am lost for printable words to describe Clarkson and co.

The only sensible member of that party was the dog!!

And a big thanks to the C&CC for allowing them to film on one of their sites . I bet they are proud of what they have achieved in showing why we go caravanning. The film in its self was very funny but the underlining messages of holding up traffic at 30 mph max, sitting in a field eating spam and only going away so we can empty our own loos has put caravanning back years in the publics perception. And the final remark from Clarkson "Caravans should be banned"is a bit different from page 13 of the C&CC rag where the "team" said their stay was "all quite pleasant really".

So well done C&CC , whatever next, maybe your President will turn all "anti 4x4" no that would never happen.......

I thought it was funny at fist but then I throat how dangers it was when they let them pull the caravan on a road with a bent tow bar.

Personally I didn't think it was funny at all and I've got a good sense of humour. The "ham" acting was so predictable as to what was going to happen next even kids programmes like Playschool put it to shame. The sole intention of the programme and Clarkson was to make everyone of us to be idiots/morons, not just whilst towing, but also on sites. I would even wager that the 2 campers were amateurish actors planted there, surely nobody could be as stupid could they? Maybe the site was rented out for the weekend to the local asylum, the lady certainly seemed a chicken drumstick short of a picnic. Waste of TV licence money in my opinion. :O)

I wonder how much the C&CC sold their soul for? Another conflict of their members interests after the 4x4 debacle.

Each to their own. I like Clarkson and wish I was clever enough to get paid for taking the p**s out of everyone and everything I don't like.

I laughed so much I was nearly crying at the end. That should be extended into a 2006 Version of Carry on Camping. JC would be great as Sid James.

I thought we caravanners were supposed to have a sense of humour. No one in their right minds would take any of that seriously.

I would think Vauxhall should be more upset. He really went to town demolishing their high performance Vectra and he even managed to put humour into that.

I thought it was absolutely brilliant. We were all in stitches in our house, even the child thought it was hysterical.

i still remember the first time i towed being directed down a single track road and realising it was the wrong way far to late and having to carry on with the hedges and walls just missing the carravan and it wasn't even mine

You need to chill. Go get some viagra and spend some time with the stable maids.
