After a life time using conversion factors and sometimes tables, over the last 25 years on conversions in general, I simply "ask Google", where my grey cells fail to remember.
My smart phone is usually there to facilitate things.

Often wondered how whoever is there at the opposite end in "Google Towers", can work it out so amazingly quickly 😉
