Can anyone tell me if there is any problem taking our tortoise to a rally in Holland for 2 weeks in April.She is microchipped and bred in UK with correct documents to prove from breeder

Similar to Emmerson's reply elsewhere in this forum concerning taking dogs to Norway, the problem is unlikely to be that of entering the Netherlands with a tortoise, but more of potential problems when returning to the UK. Continental regulations tend to be less restrictive and/or less rigourously applied, so it would be more important to check for possible conditions of re-entry.
Thanks for that Lutz,I have been on the DEFRA site which only gives info for cats dogs and strangely ferrets.There is an email address though so I will try that and if the reply is favourable print it and take it with her paperwork.
