Why can't they improve the search facility on the forum? Using words like chargeback or claim produces zero results
 
I'm not sure if you saw it Surfer, but I explained in another thread on this message board that no improvements were about to be made to this website because there's supposed to be a better one in the offing.

I was looking for the link for the Tesco charge back caravan issue with Wandahomes. Eventually found it after wading through realms of threads. Thanks for the update on the possible new website.
