TOURING ON THE NORFOLK BROADS

Hi every one , This year thought that we would like to combine 2 holidays into one and have a week touring with the caravan but also have 3/4 nights on a cruiser on the broads. We have had 4 holidays on the broads but would like to do a bit more, any suggestions would be much appreciated. Would we be able to leave caravan on a site whilst on a boat? This would be Sept/Oct . Many thanks. Carol

We did a similar thing a few years back, we are from Cardiff and wanted to have a week on a caravan site and a week on a boat.

We stayed at Ludham Bridge Caravan Club site, we advised the CC Wardens, who said they would keep an eye on our van, but we did have to pay for the pitch, which was fair enough as no-one else could use the pitch.

We arrived at the caravan site on Tues, hired a boat from Wroxham Fri to Fri, and then stayed on the Caravan site until the Tues. It was one of the best holidays ever.

Looks like we are going to the I.O.W. again this Sept. But many thanks for your reply good to know that it is possible so will try to plan it for next year. Carol.
