tow car hire ?

Does anyone know of or has used any company's that hire cars with towbars ? I'm in chesham in bucks, only my sorrento was driven ( well he sort of bounced off it really) into by a drink driver on friday (yep he got nicked)and it's going on for repairs tomorrow and getting the bog standard 'loan car' which is never going to tow my caravan next weekend when i'm supposed to be going away, not worried too much about the price of hire as i'm going to be billing his insurance company.

Red Pennant travel insurance provided us with a Land Rover Disco with towbar when our car broke down in France last year. The company that they used was Ton Hire. Here is their contact info:
