towing weights

can some one please tell me what the weight of a elddis hurricane gtx 1990 and could a volvo s40 be capable of towing it.we are about to buy this van and are very new to this life style.thank you very much

I've managed to track down the figures for an '89 model which are 875kg ulw and 1086kg mgw. I'd guess the '90 model is the same. You don't say which s40 you have but I'll take a guess it weighs about 1300kg and is around 120hp. I'd say a pretty decent match.
