John,

We've bought some stuff from Towsure and been very satisfied with all aspects of their service.

For instance, last November we bought a few items - including a 17ft generic caravan cover (for a product test we're doing on the Eriba Forum) which worked really well.

Until the cover rotted through this September, e-mailed Towsure with our order details - they said no problems and arranged for a courier to collect the cover and deliver a new (better) replacement.

Can't fail to be impressed by their level of service.

I get most of my bit and bobs from Towsure and have the advantage of living only 4 miles from its Halesowen branch.

When I have had the need to return goods, I have been given a refund with no problems.

Remember to take your CC Membership card when visiting Towsure. You can obtain a discount on your goods, although I doubt it is applicable on telephone orders.

Their mail order sevice is good. Not so keen on using them at Shows as they never seem to have enough checkouts for the number of customers. Having stood in the queue for 10 minutes I gave up. One till at a major Show is not good enough.
