TP 2 tyre pressure sensors

Wonder if anyone has any experience of the TP2 tyre pressure sensors.

Would seem to be a good idea for monitoring your tyres whilst towing.

Hi Tom.

We had tyre pressure sensors on a Laguna 2 and they were a pain in the A***!!

All tyre pressures are quoted in cold un-driven conditions as depending on the tyres and driving style, the tyre pressures increase randomly.

As long as one checks the pressure before a long journey or at least weekly on your car, you will get just as much info from a

We check pressures with a digital and a tested pen type before every journey.

I was hoping the sensors would warn me of possible problems whilst driving more so than static.

The hope was that if a tyre started to lose pressure it would be picked up and we could stop before major problems.
