There's no smoke without fire :eek:hmy:
No names. Is it a Club or Commercial site?
Do you have children or animals that may have been too noisy for other people.

Quite honestly I wouldn't want to go back to a site that rightly or wrongly accused me of bad behaviour.
Spend your money elsewhere. There are hundreds of excellent family orientated
Sites throughout the UK.

Why waste your time?
Utimatley the Park has the final decision.
Take your money elsewhere, plenty out there.

Edit; Dusty beat me to it :(

Holiday parks can set any rules they want to and do not have to justify their decisions.
As has been said, there are plenty of other places to go.

Whilst in general what Damian has stated is true, but if the reason is based on prejudicial process such as ethnicity, religious or political basis then the action of the site might be illegal under the equality acts.

However as others have stated, why would you want to go back to a site that has expressed such a view, even if you were to win, there would be so much ill feeling it would ruin a holiday.

Vote with your feet an go elsewhere.
