Discovered one cold morning last week, that the heater in the van would only work on gas, not electic. The fanmaster system worked and the gas lit fine, but when on electric only, no heat, just a cold blast whatever kw rating the dial was turned to. Plan to check wiring this weekend, but is there any bright sparks out there who can come up with a solution??
 
Mike, a good place to start would be to check that the mains switch for the heater is switched on and if it has a neon that it lights. If no power go back to the MCB and check it has not tripped. if there is power at the switch then get a competent person to check it is getting to the heater element. if it is then the element is open circuit, if not then there is an open circuit in the wiring from the switch.
