Sorry to gravedig an older topic, but this is for Montrose. I have had my caravan serviced today and as promised I mentioned the CP25 problem to the guys there. They have access to another source that has some in.

If you want to call Derbyshire Caravan Services and ask for Josh, he will probably be able to help you. There is stock about if you know where to look.

Hello to Thingy (and everyone else who helped and contributed to this topic)
I am so pleased to tell you all that my CP25-UK is now working and re-installed into the Caravan.
For the information of everyone else out there who has one fitted to their caravans, when you remove the black plastic surround (it pops off) and you then unscrew the now exposed four screws, you can examine the two sets of connections - 1) there are two red wires with a small push fit connector - thats the 12volt supply and - 2) there is a pair of grey leads with a BT type lever connector that is installed into one of two black gang receptors. It may be, as in my case, that by reinserting that cable into the unused port, may be a fix - it has so proved to be in my case.
Its just that no one at Truma either knows this or will care to tell us, the user of this fix. I have found this out from a speciliased electrical company who had the facility to bench test my unit and who discovered the above. Hope this is found of future use to all
Thanks again everyone.
