Truma hot water

Can anyone suggest what the problem with my Truma hot water heater in my Sterling Europa 390 (2002)could be?

I cannot get the water to heat when connected to electicity and the water heater switch is on, the neon indicator is lit - confirming electrical supply.

A fellow caravanner on the site over the weekend informs me that an overide switch is somewhere in the curcuit but I cannot find any switch, I have removed a cardboard cover over a circuit board and all connections appear to be good. Urgent help needed please. Thanks Tony

Thanks Tina, I am told by a local caravan service company that the element in the heater could be broken and a new one required. if this is the case they can supply the part for me to repair ir myself. Tony
