Truma Inet and Sim

Can anyone tell me when adding a sim into the truma Inet black box which way it goes in. I cant seem to find any instructions to say which way to fit it. Im not sure the sim is activated properly so knowing its in the right way would be a help. Theres only a two of ways it will fit in but do i have the chip towards me when im facing the box or away.

The instructions Here seem to suggest that you have a carrier to put the sim in before inserting it. This will have some indication of how the sim should be orientated. (It appears from the illustration that it wants the cut corner on the front LH side).
