Jo-anne,

I take it that the mover is brand new? if so the supplying dealer should have the details.

If not contact Truma UK - who I have found extremely helpful a couple of times.

You can also download deatails of the mover in PDF form from Truma's site I think ??

Regards Monkeys Husbandplease let me know as they spent a lot of money and got nothing.

Hi jo-anne

We had a truma mover fitted to our twin axle a few months ago.

With it we received: an information sheet on replacing the relay box, warning information stickers in several languages, information sheet on replacing the handset and electronic control unit, a yellow sheet which is the Notice for the Installer Handling of the Mover to the Customer, a declaration of conformity, and a handbook of Operating Instructions. There was no wallet to keep the info in.

I understand Truma have recently upgraded their mover and it may be that they have changed what information they pass on to you, however I feel sure that in-laws should have received at the very least some sort of instruction manual with it, so I feel some choice words with the fitting dealer may be the order of the day.

On a personal note, we have had nothing but trouble with our mover since it was fitted, one minute it works and then it doesn't. It's at the dealers as we speak. Neither a new battery or new control box have worked. My husband has told them to keep it there until they get it working. I've suggested dynamite!! However, I'm sure it will get sorted in the end, we have probably just got a rogue unit.

Hi, We took delivery from the dealer of our new twin axle in May, fitted with the Truma mover. masses of info icluding a warranty card, which was sent back to Truma. No problems so far, but it's not as easy as manouvering a single axle.
