Once again have got to praise these guys to the max!! they have spent a week now testing the parts to my heater(FOR FREE)and sending them back, we have now got to the problem,an intermittent fault with a switch,and they have sent another,again for free!!!!My dealer just saw potential to rip me off so I went direct and they've been brilliant,only part I paid for was the bit hubby cracked while leaning on it !!!Any probs give em a try !!!!!
 
Interesting - I would not have thought of going direct as most manufacturers have distribution deals with outlets. I will slot that one away for future reference.

I will repeat what happened to me in case it saves someone from forking out yet more
