Truma Ultraheat Problems Sprite Major 6

Hope someone can help with this one.

We have a Sprite Major 6 2006 model fitted with the Truma Ultraheat blown air heating system (duel fuel). We caravan all year and have never had a problem. The system does not have a remote thermostat (it's fitted with the one behind the fire). We are away at the moment using an electric hook up and I cannot get the fire to turn off unless I turn the main switch off on the power control panel. The thermostat control dial and heat position switch seem to work but when I put the heat position dial to zero the fire doesn't go off even though the green light goes out.. I was thinking maybe stuck relay on the pcb in the back of the fire.

Any ideas??

Thanks Dave

You've hit the nail on the head Dave, one of the relays has welded itself together, only solution is to replace the whole board or perhaps all three relays.

I can supply an exchange board with uprated relays and if you like a remote temperature sensor.
