Truma ultrastore waterheater fault

Hi guys. Sitting in my 2008 lunar lexon with no hit water on gas. When I turn on the truma switch both red and green lights stay illuminated. Cowling cover is off. Gas is flowing to Hobs. Fuses checked. Any thoughts? Maybe PCB? Also the lights on the truma wall switch have been intermittent in their operation is sometimes they don't come on at all or flicker?

Are you giving the heater time to warm the water.
What I do to check heater is working is check the outlet vent for warmth (warm air),also listen at the vent and hear if the flame is on.
