Turma ultrastore & ultraheat upgrade?

Hi,

Have just purchased a 2007 Swift caravan and was wondering if there were upgrades available to upgrade the ultrastore & ultraheat to a digital system but without reading everything?

It would be great if there were interfaces to my existing heaters where I could purchase the iNet system. Would love to be able to turn the heating on/off remotely as we are on a season pitch.

Any comments / suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks,

Jon

No, not in a van of that age.

There is also the question as to whether the site has the rule that all gas and electric must be turned off when the van is not in use.

Surely Jon , you would be turning off the main power supply to your caravan every time you leave it, ( not on a daily basis) after your visit to the van, just for saftey reasons, the site rules might require you to do this.

For an alternative consider this. If using the van when it’s very cold, put the heater on gas and use an electric fan heater as well. The van will be toasty very quickly.

Hi,
define "not in use"

Does everything need to be spelled out in the finest detail ?????

Not in use means it is not being used for some time and will be unattended for maybe days or weeks...............is that clear enough??????????????????????????????

Another simple idea is to us the fire on gas and electric at the same time no need for fan heaters
