TV abroard

I am touring France and Spain this year,I need some suggestions about how to get TV reception.I do not have Sky at home so have no access to a Sky card or box. What is the best and cheapest way to do it.

check out the following website www.maxview.co.uk for the Omnisat camping kit. I purchased one a couple of weeks ago and used it last week. Its not back, but I suggest you buy the tripod as well if you decide to go ahead and get one. The rubber suckers supplied with the set to stick the dish onto the caravan roof is not ideal and came of in slight wind.

Guess what we've been talking about all the time, Andrew. Satellites, perhaps?
If you want to receive 28.2 in Spain you will need a minimum dish size of 120cm.

This can be accommodated for travelling in the caravan if you buy a Triax folding arm dish.

If you haven't got a receiver, wait until you are in France and buy one from a Brico outlet.....very low cost, just ensure that you get a numerique and not an analogue.

You will receive most BBC, ITV and radio staions but probably not Channel 4 or 5 on one of these.
