has any one fitted one the 12 v type maxiview to boost signal for directional ariel does it make any diffrence if no signel it canot boost wn]hats no there .So is it worth the bother,
 
The problem with a booster is it boosts the signal but also boosts any interference that comes down the cable and are only really designed to improve and/or distribute a half decent signal.The other thing I would say is that maxview gear is poor quality in my experience.Poor signal quality -no improvement.Spend a bit more and get an antiference,labgear or vision,all of which have a pro quality series as well as the cheaper diy versions.
 
will they work on caravan arieal directional type as they are 12v normaly it will be a lot easyer to just plug it in mains socket and plug in lead.
