DANGER
Many caravan panels - especially Bailey - do not use honeycomb construction. The are just a basic frame of the panel with some extra 'assistance' beams hanging around inside and covered by the facia. What is more there is no strengthening.
We have just got a Seville S5 Deluxe which comes with a TV bracket. However the bracket faces across the middle of the caravan so unless you use something very light - like a 9inch Avtex - there is no way that you can hang it such that it can be seen from the seating (lounge) area. Bailey advise that they do NOT fit any sort of strengthening behind the wall part of the bracket - so the whole thing is a waste of time.

A normal TV stand is the only option - and you'll get neck-ache from trying to watch it from a reclining position.
Such is life?

Could you stick the TV bracket to the wall using something like the Rawlplug2 part resin?
The danger could be that the resin will stick the bracket to the wall so well, the weight could pull the whole panel apart.
