Hi Sally

What year van is it? The info I have is for a 95 and 96 Wisp 450/ct thats the only 450 they did in those years and the tyre pressures are 44psi if that helps.

Nearly forgot, caravan tyres rarely wear out but should never be more than seven years old and many sources say five years regardless of apparent condition.

With that in mind, the tyresafe link also then tells where to look for the tyres age stamp on the sidewall of the tyre.

i usually take the wheels off the van when im storing it,i use winter wheels and store the tyres in the cellar because sunlight rots tyres and also with winter wheels on,my van is less likely to be stolen

silly is not the word....if anyone wanted to steal my van they would have to bring a set of wheels to take it.....if i had a wheel clamp on my van they would only have to remove the clamp.

like you said.....silly

Thnks everyone for the advice - it is a 1990 model. We found somewhere on tinternet which stated it was weight dependent, we looked to 1000kg (slightly over our weight) & it stated 30psi - this seemed very low, therefore 44psi seems much more realistic

Cheers Again
