Stephen,

What is the make of tyre you plan to fit? Just quoting the price doesn't really help.

The recommendation is that you change the tyres every 5 years, so the tyres never wear out from mileage - sunlight and atmospheric pollutants degrade the tyre walls.

Whether the tyres are 2-ply, 6-ply or whatever is dictated by the necessary tyre load index which has to tie up with the weight of the caravan. Therefore without details of its weight, one can't say whether it needs 6-ply. It's best to go by load index anyway rather than ply rating.

I've bought tyres cheaply through the internet and was very satisfied with the service (ordered in the afternoon, supplied next morning together with suggestions where they could be fitted and balanced in my area).

Perhaps it would be worth giving MyTyres a try.
