ultastore not working on gas

The Ultrastore is controlled by a PCB on the outer body of the unit for gas operation.
There are a few possibilities as to what is wrong.
When you switch it on you should hear a rapid clicking followed by a "clunk"and the unit should light.
That is assuming the gas isolation valves are turned on.
If you do not hear the "clunk", the gas valve is not opening, and no rapid ticking is no spark.
Possibilities are
1. The PCB has become dislodged from it connections and just needs resecuring, after cleaning the contact points.
2. The glass fuse has blown on the PCB and needs replacing
3. The permanent fuse on the PCB has blown and needs a new board.
4. The gas valve is stuck and will not open.
