Underfloor electric heating stuck on!

Hi
We’ve just bought a Hobby Prestige 720 UKFE
It has electric underfloor heating that appears to be stuck on constant, we’ve turned it off at the control panel and on the myconnect AP yet the floor is constantly warm. Any ideas as to get this off as we are melting !! 🫣

There should be a tap that switches off the underfloor heating. No idea where it is however normally there should be no necessity to switch off the tap. I am only going by our Elddis switch had underfloor heating and heating system was ALDE.
