unequal water flow/heater tank emptying

Hi all,
I am a newbie to forums but have 40+ years of caravanning and this one has me beat. The water pressure from the shower head and washroom taps is excellent, the pressure on the kitchen sink however is abysmal - I can spit faster. If none of the taps are run for a couple of hours the water in the water heater drains back into the aquaroll. Any idea's? I have never come across this before. All the taps are mixer type and we are in a 2004 Abbey 216 GTS vogue.

Regarding the kitchen tap, have you cleaned the tap filter?
As for the water running back from the heater, the non return valve has probably failed and needs replacing.

hi Chunky, (sounds familier) welcome to the forum,
have to agree with Damian, water cannot flow back into the aquaroll because of the non return valve if it is then the valve must be faulty.
low pressure from the kitchen tap only (if the other taps are ok) must be down to a restriction in that part of the system the tap filter is favorite but could also be the in line one, if one is fitted, if this does not cure the problem a tap strip down may be required.
