hi ash i put a message on here two or three weeks ago now regarding our abbey freestyle van that is awaiting parts we gave you the chasiss num and you kindly looked into it for us. What we are wondering now is as the part come in as you said that the last part due in was on the 5th june so is there anyway you could tell us if it actually arrived we have been waiting so long now as the guy that went into our van was last sept and we have`nt been able to have a holiday since we are now in our ninth month they had the go ahead to order the parts in dec 08 and they was,nt ordered until feb 09 which by then thompson plastics had gone bust it just seems that somewhere along the line something went wrong in the ordering process by which you obviously are not involved in, we have`nt had much joy from our insureres really but we are currently looking into that.No one really had bothered to contact us so if we had`nt rung to find out what is happening we would still be in the dark it was only by going on this forum that you found something out for us my husband and i have said that if they knew that this was going to go on so long they should settle with a cash settlement and not expect people to wait months and months it is absolutly ridiculous hope to hear mrs matthews
