Why does our regular supermarket keep removing some of our favourite foods.eg

Maggies or Te**o's own gravy powder. We hate that granual stuff.

Kikkoman soy sauce.

Sharwoods yellow bean sauce.

Te**o's own toothpaste now repackaged is yuk compared to that of a few weeks ago.

Pepsi Max can disappear for weeks.

Cheers

Walking round sainsbury's last week and had to buy some rice. Saw a packet labelled 'Easy Cook Rice'. Am I missing something here? You put some rice into boiling water and leave it there until it's cooked. How on earth can that be made easier?

I could go with 'Fast Cook Rice' but not 'easy'.

Dustydog, Tesco by in bulk and if they see a similar product cheaper they will promote it instead of the originals.

Teso's have always been good at making the public eat what they want you to eat as they are making a killing on the similar product they bought.

Its the same with moving food into different isle's you go look for what you came in for, he presto you bought something you didn't come in for, not only that a lot of products are no cheaper than the traditional shops, its just more convenient under one roof.

Rant over
