Very well done to Andy at Swift Group

i have a swift award firestar that is just a year old.since new and with very little use, the status ariel booster box has blown many,many times.often leaving us without a TV on our trips away.

within 20 minutes of informing Andy at Swift Group he had spoken to Swifts electrical technical people regarding this ongoing problem, who then spoke to Discover, giving them technical advise on where the fault may be.

discover then rang me to book my van into their workshop asap. stating they are confident that the info given via andy`s involvement would hopefully get to the bottom of this.

ALL THIS WITHIN 20 MINUTES. i wish to say a big thankyou to all involved in particular Andy at Swift. WELL DONE.

I wish Andy could get some technical know how to Discover and get my Thetford fridge sorted with its gas problem. It is going back for the third time next week with the same fault it had when I bought it 20 months ago. Swift Challenger. J.Lo
