Just heard that our main contact with Haymarket - Victoria Hanson know to all as Tori - is moving on elsewhere in the Haymarket organisation, and would like to wish her every success in future and a big thank you for being 'piggy in the middle' all this time.

No harm in a little charm to brighten one's day steve

Comliments cost nothing but they put smile's on faces as I once reminded my manager in a productivity meeting. He was moaning that people don't work hard enough for him. But then would you work for a tirrential boss?
Can't think why my shift had the highest quality, production and attendance rates.
