Vinkenhof Netherlands and LuxOase Germany

Vinkenhof is in the region of Limburg, so at least you'll have some hills to look at. Mainly a farming area - aside from Maastricht - which has some top class restaurants and friendly cafes (worth a visit)

Haven't been to that site for a few years, but I seem to remember that it's primarily a grass site with reasonable on-site facilities.

Working in Rotterdam, this area is on my favourite route to the area around Koln, Germany. My Dutch friends in the Randstad (Rotterdam to Amsterdam area) talk fast and are very business orientated, Limburg has altogether a slower, more relaxed life style.
