Hi John...........thankyou for your reply..................http://www.dft.gov.uk/vosa/onlineservices/vehiclerecalls/codeofpractice.htm ....I have found this thread on the VOSA site, have you or anyone else any comments... as applied to components falling off caravans, linked to say,a proven design defect.....Do you think it would apply ?..I am trying to make sense of Burstners decision to notify VOSA? Did they have a legal obligation?.regards Andrew
