Voyager Caravan

Just been looking at " Any outfit of your Choice " and saw a reference to Voyager vans so looked it up in Google and yes. Anyone got one or know of anyone with one ??. I have not seen one on the road or on a site, do they exsist ?

Val & Frank

Yes they exist.

I saw one at the 2005 Earls Ct exhibition.

Bit 'clinical' looking with such a white interier but quite an eyecatcher.

At the time we wanted (just being nosey) there seemed quite a crowd nosing around it

Just ONE Voyager exists, built as a prototype. The design has been sold and development work is underway for a limited production run.

There's a waiting list for Bentley Arnages so I don't mind waiting !!

I've searched the web and couldn't find any manufacturer's spec for maximum towload of a Bentley Arnage so I presume it hasn't been type approved for towing. But if you've landed yourself a big one for Christmas, Roger, I guess you can afford to have a one-off homologation carried out on it as well.

Lutz, I was already aware of the non-homologation from my time at Rolls-Royce Motors (before BMW bought the R-R badge but VAG kept the cars). The original Silver Shadow and T-series were introduced during my time as an apprentice there, so I've naturally always dreamed of having one.

At well over 600lbft of torque, the Bentley Arnage would make an interesting discussion in the diesel vs petrol debate, if it were homologated for towing.

Thanks RogerL that will save me searching Ebay for one every week lolol

Seriously tho I think the concepts brilliant and the 'hull' could have a future.

With GRP pigments so easy to produce tho I think the interior could be 'softened' to make it easier on the eyes and a little less clinical. Maybe even simple curtains at the windows would enhance its 'homeliness'

Good luck to them for the limited run and maybe........

next year (Santa or Ebay willing)

Hi all,

I could be wrong but reading a caravan magazine at work today,[not PC] I am sure that I read an article about the Voyager and that it's design had been bought by Vanmaster with production starting soon and prices at around

Vanmaster showed a Voyager at NEC in OCT 2006. they purchase the shell, then kit it out to Vanmaster Standard. Try www.vanmaster.co.uk or contact Vanmaster at www.sales@vanmaster.co.uk or phone 01257 424 999. SHACK.
