Waking up to views of Carsington Water

Just come home from 4 nights at a temporary holiday site overlooking Carsington Water. Thanks to Derbyshire DA for organising it. A few miles from Ashbourne and Matlock we were on a flat field with some lovely folks. We could walk to the lake on quiet paths. All this for £9 a night.
 
Nice area, we have used the CAMH site but you get no view of the lake, just trees, but you do get electrics. Glad you enjoyed the trip.
