While erecting my Corsican awning for the 1st time in Whitsun I was incensed to discover that the vertical centre pole was missing. Pyramid then suggested I make a 300 mile round trip from my holiday site to where I purchased it to collect a spare, obviously I didn't but it meant I spent most of the week without the extra space while they posted one out over the bank holiday.I e mailed to complain but they never had the decency to reply.

Just last week a family pitched next to myself were attempting to erect their new Pyramid Tuscany.....lo and behold they were missing a front horizontal pole.

I strongly suggest anyone buying a Pyramid check all parts are present before seTting off.

I have a pyramid awning all came complete with nothing missing. Don't take this the wrong way but was common sense not missing before you set off. You buy your awning and don't even check to make sure it is all present and correct before going on holiday I always check every thing I buy when it arrives or when I get home.

We just bought a Corsican from Pyramid. Used it for two weeks in July in that awful weather. Not a leak. Thought it was excellent value for money. My only gripe was the veranda pole I got freewith the awning. Turns out they dont make one big enough for my size of awning????
