Water gushing out of water intake

Think we'll need a little more info.Make,model,age( of caravan)is it truma or whale, when you say water is coming out is it all time pump is on or just when you turn a tap on?
 
You have not given very much to go on but if you are talking about the inlet for a submersible pump maybe the O rings are perished or broken or maybe the inlet stub is cracked or broken.
