Hi I have a 2005 Sprite Alpine 4 with a single front window. when we get heavy rainfall water gets in between the rubber seal and window at the bottom section of the window. How it happens I'm at a loss because the rubber seal makes contact with the window approx 1.5 inches up the window. Any ideas how to stop it?

put a straight edge on the bottom edge of the window to make sure its not bowed. the other thing to try is adjust the catches to make the window sit tighter on the rubber. there is also a product you can buy which you spray on to the rubber to bring the rubber back to life. we use it with very good results. Wurth Rubber Care . failing that, new rubbers may be in order.

Hi thanks for your input. I have done a water test by spraying with hosepipe it isn't coming from the bottom of window but actually from the top of the window and running down inside the seal.

may have to take it to local sprite dealership to see if they have any ideas how to rectify.
